Chat in the app
Open any GMVify app in your Shopify admin, go to Help and click Chat with us. Your store is identified automatically, so we can look at your setup right away. If you use several GMVify apps, your conversations are kept together.
Write to [email protected] with your store’s myshopify.com address, which app it’s about and, for a problem with an order, its order number. We answer on weekdays, usually within one business day.
