Let shoppers upload a photo

Collect photos or artwork with the order. Files go to your Shopify Files and the order gets a link.

  1. Open an option set and add an upload field (or start from the photo upload template in Help).

  2. In the preview, click the upload field.

  3. Under Files shoppers can upload, choose the file types, and set the Size limit.

  4. To take several files, set Most files, and Fewest files if you need a minimum.

  5. Under Products, choose where it shows, then click Save.

Each order shows a link to the files, and they’re saved in Content › Files in your Shopify admin.
